HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS
Are you stressed? having a hard time? then you need to try 5 steps below to vigorously fight your stress out!!
1.Avoid Isolation
if you are stressed, don't ever isolate your self from people, this can result in higher depression and frustration. you need to be around people of your interest, who can cheer and light you up.
2.Take a Break
Are you busy with something and still stressed? then take a break, get some time off, a cup of coffee or drink will help!!
3. Exercise
Exercising will help relive and redirect your mind, you can try a 30 min walk. Try getting your gadgets with you for some soft music on the way.
4. Social Support
Sometimes we over load our-self's with too many things, at times when you fill stressed, go out with friends, put away stressful thoughts and duties away, get yourself tired with fun and be refreshed.
