Healing Period- 5 ways to recover from a broken heart

Its very normal that after a break up, your heart will fall into pieces and your soul will grieve. Healing after disappointment always takes a longer time, sometimes you will feel like going back to the person who have hurt you, the pain will convince you that you still need him/her.
At this point, you must:-
 
1.   Learn to allow your heart to ease pain by approaching a trustful friend to share your grieve with. 

2.  Avoid isolating yourself from people, it might be a hard time of your life, but being around cheerful people will help suppress the pain. 

3.  To allow your heart to heal quickly, limit stalking and monitoring that person who have caused pain to you! Keep yourself busy, after all healing takes a longer period and requires a change of lifestyle

4.  One other important thing is to accept yourself, life is filled with challenges, we win some and we lose some. Stop beating yourself up and embrace your self!! 

5.  Lastly forgiveness is very important, it opens doors for healing.
